TMR OFFSHORE are consultants in the sale and sourcing of new and used land drilling rigs & mobile drilling rigs from the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia.  TMR OFFSHORE will also help companies buy or sell drilling rig equipment and parts, tubular goods, oil and gas production equipment and oil field services.

We list drill rigs for sale and source rigs and equipment on request. There is no cost in listing equipment, and we only get paid if the items are sold. However, we do ask for the exclusive rights to the sale of the items for the period of three months from the date of listing.

BROKERAGE Fees

Our  fee on equipment and services is as follows; 2% on thirty million (USD) or more, 5% five to thirty million (USD), 7.5% one to five million (USD), and 10% under one million (USD). This applies to the sale of equipment, any finder fees, or drilling opportunities including turnkey services. All standard fees apply unless otherwise state.

3. Sign contract

4. Receive information package/documents

5. Due Diligence, including inspection of the rig and its documents

6. Present a formal offer

7. Negotiate the final sales and purchase agreement

8. Closing
